If you experience any faintness, dizziness, pain, discomfort, or shortness of breath at any time during a diet or while exercising, you should stop immediately and consult your physician. If at any time you feel content or guidance provided by EcoGains is not appropriate for you, do not do it. EcoGains will not assume any liability for any direct or indirect losses or damages that may result including, but not limited to, economic loss, injury, illness or death.
