EcoGains was formed with one mission in mind, to get the planet and its inhabitants in better shape. Since its inception, it has helped clients achieve their health and fitness goals through a combination of expert health and fitness coaching, a sustainability-focussed accountability framework, and genuine care and consideration.

Our commitment to getting the planet fit is reflected in our sustainability-focussed incentive scheme, which also serves as an accountability framework for our clients to smash their targets and build healthy habits. It has led to over 3,200 trees being planted and is facilitated through our partnership with Eden Reforestation Projects.These trees protect and enhance the health of our planet and its inhabitants by contributing to carbon sequestration, reforestation, animal habitat restoration, and by providing work for impoverished people.
