How do I get started? 

Just message us using the contact form at the bottom of any of the pages on this website. We will respond to you as soon as possible to arrange a call.


What is the process? 

First, we will have an initial call to decipher whether the programme is the right thing for you, and to answer any questions. If you decide that you wish to proceed, then we will need to take a payment before completing the consultation process. We will create your bespoke programme and send you everything you need ASAP. We will be on hand to provide any clarification. Your 12-week programme will start when you receive your package. 


Can I pay in instalments? 

Yes, we have a Direct Debit option available, see Our Services page for more information. 


What payment methods do you accept? 

Bank transfer in full or direct debit. 

Do you give refunds? 

We genuinely care about your experience with EcoGains and will do our utmost to provide you with everything you need to achieve the results you want. If you are dissatisfied with the level of service you receive, then we will provide you with a full or partial return of your investment. This is our money back guarantee, and it is subject to our discretion. The refunded amount depends on your current progress through your programme. 


Do you work with everyone? 

In order for us to train you, you will need to pass a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire. This is a standard requirement used extensively throughout the industry. The questionnaire will determine if you are “medically fit” to proceed, and most people pass. The only other requirement is that you are committed to the programme. 


How long do I have to complete the programme? 

The programme is 12-weeks and commences from the day you receive your package. 


What if I can’t make a check-in and need to cancel or rearrange? 

We understand that some things can’t be avoided, and we will do our best to rearrange a check-in. Although, we ask that clients respect our time and try to give as much notice as possible. Repeated cancellations at late notice or no shows may result in a penalty.  

Can I choose where I plant the trees? 

Yes, you may choose from Nepal, Madagascar, Haiti, Indonesia, Mozambique, and Kenya. 


How do I track progress? 

We will track your progress using the healthy habit builder, your feedback in your check-ins, and any progress pictures. 

Do I have unlimited access to you? 

Outside of our check-ins, we are easily reachable via email. We will get back to you as soon as possible. 


What do I need to complete the programme? 

As our programme is delivered online, you will require a way to view any online documents and videos. Check-ins will be via internet video or phone call. A set of resistance bands and an ankle strap are required for the completion of the programme - we can provide recommendations for this equipment. A HIIT timer app, yoga mat, yoga strap, and yoga blocks are optional extras that can enhance your experience – again, we can provide recommendations for what to purchase.
